Paul S. Dudley, MD
Paul S. Dudley, MD brings a special interest and developing expertise in the treatment of complex and challenging infertility cases. Accordingly, his practice specialties include PCOS, exercise-induced amenorrhea, premature ovarian failure, and fertility preservation for cancer patients.
Currently, Dr. Dudley is leading Seattle Reproductive Medicine's research that looks at new and innovative ovulation stimulation protocols, to assist women with diminished ovarian reserve and those who have responded poorly to IVF medications. Board-certified in OB-GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Dr. Dudley's additional research interests include the prevention of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, or OHSS; cumulus granulosa cell gene expression in patients using ICSI with IVF; and outcome-oriented IVF research.
Dr. Dudley approaches patient care with a dedication toward reducing the typical anxiety that is often a part of the infertility experience. He believes available and open communication with patients throughout their treatment journey can be a key factor in successful outcomes. He has been honored with Organon Pharmaceutical's Award for Outstanding Research in Women's Health, a recipient of the National Science Foundation's Research Internship, and numerous awards for Exceptional Performance on CREOG OB/GYN In-service Exams.
Prior to joining Seattle Reproductive Medicine, Paul Dudley, MD served as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Ob/Gyn at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he also completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Prior to his training in Houston, Dr. Dudley received a B.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology, followed by a medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine.
